9. Connect the cooling hoses to the fittings of the two-circuit cooler (and to the fittings of the active cooling side, if provided by the package) and check their connections for leaks by briefly supplying water to the hoses.
10. The ADP is placed on the heat source and the heating power is set to the maximum value (in order to shorten the heating time of the distillation cube)
11. When the temperature reaches 70°C on the thermometer, the water supply for cooling is turned on. Strongly not necessary, enough laminar flow of water (without air bubbles)
12. Upon reaching the values on the thermometer 75-80°C (the spread is due to the different strength of the primary wort and the measurement error), low-boiling fractions (heads) will begin to distill. Approximately 1-2% of the volume of the primary wort is selected (if the primary wort is sucrose) or 2-3% (if the primary wort is fructose).
13. Then the "body" collection begins. Do not forget to use a silicone tube to collect the product, in order to avoid unnecessary evaporation of alcohol into the air during collection.
14. As the alcohol content in the primary wort decreases, the thermometer readings will begin to rise, down to 99°C - these are the regulatory indicators.
15. If the alcohol content in the brew is lower than the critical value, the distillation process slows down automatically. This is expressed in the practical termination of the product's cap- blester.
16. Watch the thermometer. If the reading exceeds 100°C, turn off the heating source and wait for the ADP to cool down, disassemble the double distillation unit to perform a revision to find clogging of the connecting tubes.

Routine indicators:

• For the ADP with a 10 liter distillation cube: approximately 1.2 liters of the finished product (in terms of 80% volumetric alcohol content) for 4-5 hours in a full cycle *
• For ADP with a 20 liter distillation cube: approximately 2.6 liters of finished product (in terms of 80% volumetric alcohol content) for 6-7 hours in a full cycle *
• For ADP with a 30 liter distillation cube: approximately 2.6 liters of finished product (in terms of 80% volumetric alcohol content) for 7-8 hours in a full cycle *
