Still, it's simple – there is a braga that needs to be distilled into raw
alcohol, which also needs to be distilled in the future. It would be nice to do
everything in one go, right?
In the 80s
of the previous century, the concept of just such a distiller was presented.
After more than forty years, this technology has acquired some very significant
changes. And now we are ready to show the moonshine "Gorilych" double
distillation.
How does it
work?
At first,
everything is according to the classics: heated braga releases alcohol vapors
that go into the refrigerator. But then the magic of chemistry and physics
begins.
The vapors
condense into raw alcohol, which enters the upper hopper. There our c\c is
heated in a steam bath. After that, heating up again, it releases alcohol
vapors, which in turn go back to the refrigerator. And from the refrigerator,
into the container substituted by us, the distillate is ready and as clean as
possible (as far as possible in one run).
The
strength of such a finished distillate is slightly higher than in a classic
moonshine distiller – it is about 80%.
The
instructions for use are as simple as possible: pour the braga, heat it, turn
on the water and cut off the heads and tails according to the classics.
As you can
see, no special skills are required for this device. Even a novice distiller
can handle it.
